How to apply

• Read through the certification brochure to see a detailed description of the different certification options.
• If you satisfy the requirements for certification, then complete and submit the member registration page.
• In addition to this, you will also need to forward the signed application form to membership@fidsa.org.za or fax it to 011-295 8262. Your application form will be verified by FISA to ensure that that you meet the entry requirements in respect of the categories for which you applied for certification.
• The documentation will be reviewed and you will then be notified whether you application for membership has been successful or not.
